In respect of the 2nd Defendant, the Credit Agreement was dated 13th May 1991 and in respect of the 1st Defendant, 24th December 1994. Both the Defendants signed Credit Agreements for the money advanced. The sums claimed by the Plaintiff were money advanced by it to the Defendants for gambling at its casino in Nevada, United States of America. The Defendants now appeal against that decision.Ģ. The Plaintiff obtained summary judgment for the sums of US$2,966,500 and US$1,332,000 together with interest against the 1st and 2nd Defendants respectively.
